We are not a general contractor, specialty restoration contractor, or architectural firm. We do not perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, roof tarping, or construction work directly.

All restoration work, emergency dispatching, physical inspections, written estimates, pricing, and structural repairs are performed by independent, third-party restoration contractors. Any contract, work authorization, or payment agreement is formed solely between you and the independent contractor who responds to your call.

2. Homeowner Duty to Verify Contractor Credentials

It is the sole responsibility of the property owner to verify that any contractor hired possesses appropriate state licensing, general liability insurance, and worker's compensation coverage. In Arkansas, structural remodeling and reconstruction contracts exceeding $2,000 require an active license from the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board (ACLB). Property owners are strongly encouraged to inspect contractor credentials through the official ACLB portal (aclb2.arkansas.gov) prior to authorizing reconstruction.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
